In-store
If you can bring your computer in, this is the fastest and cheapest way to get it fixed. We provide free diagnostics on all desktops (and most laptops) carried into the store.
$55/hr
On-site
Our technicians will come to your home or business to diagnose and fix any issues you’re having. We do everything from network repair to installing new systems (or even a new home theater). Certain labor-intensive jobs can’t be performed on site. If we arrive at your home and determine that’s the case, we’ll do a pickup/dropoff instead.
$100/hr (with a one hour minimum)
Pickup/dropoff
We will come to your home or business, unhook your computer and bring it to the store for repair. When the job is done we’ll bring it back and hook it back up again.
$50 (plus cost of in-store repair)
